Convenient Location

During my recent stay at Premiere Haven At Shell Residences, I was delighted by its convenient location. Being close to a mall and having several food options just around the corner made it extremely convenient for me to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The proximity to these amenities definitely added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my trip. I recommend this hotel for its great location.

Convenient location near SM Mall of Asia.

I absolutely loved my stay at Shell Residences! The location was extremely convenient, right across from the Mall and with excellent restaurants on the ground floor. The 24-hour convenience store was a huge plus. The apartment itself was amazing, with a chic design and all the amenities I could ask for - a fridge, pots and pans, plates, a table oven. It was also very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and hospitable, and I felt safe in the surrounding area. I even got my request to be billeted at 2:00pm instead of 3:00pm accommodated. Shell Residences is definitely my go-to choice for my next visit to Manila. I highly recommend it!

I had a great value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed like a fridge and cooking utensils. The location was perfect, right across from the mall and with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff treated me with utmost hospitality and were always friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Definitely coming back on my next visit to Manila!

Felt at ease, nothing was too much trouble
